2 good martini olives
Skewer the olives onto a stainless steel martini olive pick; pour the vermouth over the olives into your martini glass. Pick up the olives, swirl the vermouth about the glass, coating the sides, and toss indelicately down the drain. Pour ice cold gin over the olives into your glass. Sip. Delicately.
